Systems Thinking Consultant required to join our Financial Services Client for an initial 6 month contract based in London.
Our Client is looking for an individual to join their Systems Thinking Team, within their Digital Division to lead and assist in implementing the Systems Thinking practice into the bank. The successful candidate will have a contributing role in the design and implementation of the Systems thinking strategy.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have the following skills:
* Experience of operating and influencing at a senior level, preferably in a large service organisation
* Expert knowledge and practical experience of the deployment and management of Systems related approaches and techniques in the context of strategic end to end process re-thinking and re-design
* Expert knowledge and practical experience of changing thinking and attitudes related to the management of work
* Understanding and being able to use intervention theory to facilitate change
* Expert knowledge in the facilitation of change through teams at all levels in the business
* Able to collect and analyse data to make effective decisions and change
* High degree of customer focus and an intrinsic desire to improve the customer experience in a business
* Ability to see the big picture and manage ambiguity
* Strong facilitation skills
This is a specialist role, requiring in depth understanding and applied experience of the Systems Thinking approach.
