Skills and Experience:
- Ability to maintain a good customer relationship with different parts of the organization
- Ability to communicate and orally coordinate ideas and action plan in a large and diverse team, in an agile manner, in a smooth, structured and convincing manner
- Ability to convert the needs of our employees into a functional design
- Ability to unsubscribe user stories and capture acceptance criteria
- Ability to create a functional analysis for the first cases
- Ability to help translate need into screens, data models and process flows
Description of work:
- Responsible for the functional analysis of information systems to meet the business/employee needs within the framework of architecture, standards and standards
- Perform functional analysis that documents and discusses with business and transfers to the technical staff
- Provide acceptance criteria, compile functional test cases based on the analysis and perform them later and in accordance with the Agile principles (per sprint) to ensure a high quality delivery
- Continuously interact with the technical designer and project leadernalyze how our platform works best, so that we can put it into practice
