Description
Currently seeking a number of Customer Service Agents, to fulfil a contractual requirement for my client based at their offices in Peterlee, County Durham; due to commence July 2017 and run until June 2018 with view for possible further extension.
As this will be a contracting role, the successful applicants will need to register with an Umbrella company, should they successfully secure this opportunity.

ATTRIBUTES
- Be able to sell loans to existing TSB customers
- Provide excellent customer service to TSB Loans customers in a courteous, effective and timely manner to ensure all enquires are resolved at first point of contact
- Apply knowledge as trained to meet customer needs
- Take responsibility for handling customers confidential information
- Develop a working knowledge of the Customer Service and Sales systems
- Achieve Key Performance Indicator targets to meet business goals and objectives
- Contribute ideas/suggestions for continuous improvement in systems and procedures within the centre
- Be a team player and considerate of others
