I am urgently looking for an IT Governance/Process Specialist in the capital of the Czech Republic. It is a long term project with great rates. If you are looking forward to work in one of Europe`s most popular destination, and have a good experience in Agile, keep on reading.
Role:
- Review IT process and governance landscape with focus on security related agenda
- Map and document sourcing situation of services rendered by IT (internal/external)
- Create or adjust IT processes in relation to IT security management (vulnerability, patch, outsourcing, etc)
- Co-operation in designing and implementing of changes to the existing IT processes
Skills/Experiences:
- Proven experience in implementation of ITSM processes
- Proven Service/SLA management experience (ideally from its set-up and operation)
- ITSM Tooling orientation
- Security Management tooling orientation considered an advantage
- Agile way of working orientation
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Czech language is mandatory
