Project Manager ITIL wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- ITIL Expert with proven experience with ITSM Tools (RoD and SNow) both from definition and operation standpoint
- Proven track record in process analysis, common terms definition and data modelling
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting ITIL process transition from Remedy to ServiceNow with focus on operation processes
- Contributing to Data Harmonization process for IT operations
- Establishing Data Governance model, contributing to defining Data Architecture Blueprints, Reference and Master Data Management, Data Quality and Lifecycle Management
