Description
Client is looking for a Finance SME, with experience in the following:
Retail base experience in forecasting and complex forecasting methodologies - ideally in the restaurant trade
Experience in labour management solutions driven by system forecasts
Skilled in dealing with large volumes of data and analysis thereof
Analyse live forecast issues and propose solutions to prevent in future
Expert in Microsoft Excel
Documentation and ability to train/handover to the BAU teams
