MS Dynamics CRM Consultant
MS Dynamics CRM Consultant required to join a growing wealth management business on a long term contract. Our client offers exciting projects and career opportunities, and are looking for individuals who are passionate about new technologies and enthusiastic about their work.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small company with growing ambitions who are implementing an industry leading solution for Wealth and Investment Management on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Responsibilities for the MS Dynamics CRM Consultant will include:
- Gathering, documenting and managing business requirements
- Being the primary contact with client - managing all aspects of the project to ensure client satisfaction
- Defining, executing and managing test phases
- Developing an expert understanding of Microsoft Dynamics projects
- Supporting existing customers with expert product knowledge and advise
Experience and knowledge required:
- 5+ years of strong Business Analysis experience
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM 2013, CRM 2015 or CRM 2016 preferred)
- Experience in Agile environments
- MUST HAVE financial services experience
