IT Supplier ManagerFinancial Services - Milton Keynes, 3 months
An IT Supplier Manager is required to an organisation on Milton Keynes- you'll have responsibility for key supplier governance, managing infrastructure or outsourced services supplier performance.
Some responsibilities for the IT Supplier Manager include:
*Ongoing maintenance and support of the IT Sourcing Strategy.
*Create, review and continuously improve a supplier management model- including the definition of service level agreements, performance metrics, service credits, change requests and reporting.
*Production of the monthly supplier status report
*Create, review and continuously improve a service improvement programme for suppliers
Key Skills and Experience for the IT Supplier Manager:
*Extensive experience in IT Supplier Management in the B2C sector.
*You must have financial services experience
*Extensive experience being responsible for establishing and governing at least two of: IT infrastructure, software, IT solutions and IT resource sourcing and outsourcing supplier relationships.
*Solid commercial and contractual expertise.
*Familiar with complex procurement processes and procedures, including tender documentation
*Track record of successful client relationship management and key stakeholder engagement.
