CRM/Digital Platform Administrator -Contract Dublin 6-12 Months.
My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented Digital Platform Administrator to join their group on a contract basis for 6-12 Months.
The successful candidate will be using Salesforce, so any prior experience with this CRM system is beneficial, but this is not a hard requirement. This role is technical but also requires a lot of co-ordination. It sits been the technology grouping and operations. You will Support the development and on-boarding of new services in the Multichannel Space, you will also gather requirements from requestor and upload and Configuring Digital Platform in Sandbox. Candidates will Orchestrate UAT with requestors. Candidates will migrate content and configuration to Production Environment, and will Close tickets appropriately and communicating with requestors.
Successful candidates will have good Service management skills, so you will apply Know how to provide application support and request servicing. You will have some project management understanding this will be a know how Know how to manage a project in terms of project requirements to delivery. Successful candidates will have a familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (Multichannel) systems, Digital Platform/SalesForce Systems and/or Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) an advantage.
