World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Fuels Associate Brand Manager to support the Global Fuels Brand & Proposition Manager to work with Global teams, agency partners and local markets in .

Responsibilities:

Planning of fuels launches for the marketing & communications around fuels portfolio.
Implement effective & integrated marketing initiatives to meet the objective of establishing the new proposition of Efficiency.
Support License and East markets on the main grade products/brands that have not transitioned to the new fuels portfolio.
Support or represent the Global Fuels Brand & Proposition Manager in key work stream meetings with Payment & Loyalty, Communications, Portfolio fuels data analysis and other relevant projects/initiatives.
Ability to recommend and work on content for the development of brand proposition for the overall portfolio with an understanding of how brand or propositions can be developed or implemented successfully and taking learnings from post-investment reviews for fuels campaigns.
Support to Provide fuels update to global fuels on market performance, and launches including lead campaign indicators.
Ensures translation & adaptation of global marketing communication, promotion, PR assets to fit local market in the most effective manner.

Ideal Candidate:

You will have Global Brand & Marketing experience, along will exposure to Payment & Loyalty, Communications and data analysis.
3 to 8 years' experience, with a comprehensive and rounded Brand, Marketing and Communications within a dynamic environment
Good understanding of the marketing mix including brand strategy, across multiple channels including digital, media partnerships, content strategies
Experience of working in a complex Matrix organisation, with global agencies and the ability to work with country marketing teams to drive high impact activations is important.
Experience managing, planning and executing Communications campaigns
Good understanding of Marketing Communications with a focus and expertise on PR
Previous experience within Retail or Fuels or Motorsport sector helpful
Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative, drive and desire to come up with effective creative solutions
Proven ability to deliver under time pressure with little supervision
You must have strong writing skills and be hands on with day to day delivery.

This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
