Scrum Master | up to 24 months contract | London | £500 - £600 per day |Start date mid July
Our public sector client requires an experienced Scrum Master who has worked with a mixture of different team sizes and types and able to draw from a wealth of experience.
You will have a varied background having worked within a number of different environments.
Having public sector background is essential, holding current SC clearance is highly desirable.
Our client will be looking for the following key demonstrable skills:
*Guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices.
*Run Sprint ceremonies including, daily stand-ups, planning meetings, showcases, and retrospectives.
*Ensure that work undertaken by the team has been suitably prioritised and has a specific business benefit.
*Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example.
*Remove impediments that are preventing the team from delivery.
*Support and coach the Product Owner to maintain a product delivery roadmap that
identifies deliverables, dependencies and milestones.
*Growing and facilitating teams to deliver innovative software products, as well as less experienced teams.
*Knowledge or experience with Agile techniques and methodologies: User Stories, estimating, TDD, continuous integration, pairing, automated testing.
