Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful processing of client's high value corporate actions instructions within competitive and challenging deadlines; accurate posting of client's corporate action entitlements; the reconciliation of market positions versus in house systems and researching Corporate Action announcements and will be required to understand and communicate such announcements to our global client base in an accurate and timely manner, so having strong industry knowledge is key.
The successful candidate must have the following experience:
- Finance Degree OR equivalent Financial experience (eg professional Corporate Actions or Custody experience)
- Should be capable of working in a pressurised area dealing with significant volumes of work
- Able to prioritise and focus on the most urgent and important task
- Demonstration of working as part of a team and working to tight deadlines
- Intermediate Excel skills as you will be required to format and review daily reporting within Microsoft Excel
