My client are currently seeking an experienced Sales Agent to take on an initial 12 month contract at their site based in County Durham. This role is for an inbound sales position.

Please find below full details in relation to the role, as provided by the client:

Role Overview:

  • Handling all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Take responsibility to ensure your own targets are met.
  • Be a team player and considerate of others.
  • Be aware of call time and SLA's and how these interact with the incentive scheme.
  • Ensure calls are delivered with excellent customer service and meet regulatory requirements

Measures of Success:

  • Achievement of application to booked ratio.
  • Achievement of call to application ratio
  • Compliance targets achieved through regular call monitoring
