Collibra lead needed for 3 months contract in USA
Brief: Target Operating Model to facilitate building a new Data Governance org for a client. Collibra Lead is a critical role onsite, which involves end to end configuration and implementation of Data Governance(DG) requirements in the tool. Collibra tool being a primary source of truth for DG practice, Lead plays a critical role and single point of contact for onboarding & establish Templates & automation for DG - Process, Policy, Rules, workflow - approval & remediation and DQ dashboard. Lead is expected to suggest and bring in best practices for effective and efficient management of Metadata and related attributes to create a Golden Data Source. In the process, he/she is expected to work with multiple domain owners in Requirement gathering and workflow creating/customization for certifying data elements. Create environment to onboard multiple Business Use case.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration of DG organizational requirements in Collibra
Metadata management within Collibra with appropriate relationships created in Collibra to show Lineage of data critical elements
Work with IT developers to ingest RDIX output to Collibra to report DQ metrics & dashboards
Create infrastructure - automation & templates as enablers to onboard and manage CDE for new and ongoing maintenance
Onboard key Rules and Policies in Collibra and link them to CDE
Establish process, procedures & workflows for data onboarding, data quality assessment and key quality indicators.
Qualifications - Knowledge/Experience
5 -6 years' experience
Proven track record in implementation of Collibra. Minimum of couple of implementation
Must be a strong business requirements and data analyst. Expertize in data gathering for Collibra configuration
Data experience in the area of Sales & Marketing domain, Web Analytics, Predictive Modeling
Understanding of Asset Management industry
Direct experience in data analysis, data validation, requirements resolution, and documentation is a must.
Experience working on global projects with stakeholders located around the globe is a must
Experience working on projects encompassing both IT systems and business process change a must
BS or equivalent degree
