People Source Consulting are currently seeking a World Class Marketing Manager with a background in delivering campaigns for the Ecommerce / Retail sector to take on a 6 month initial contract with a Globally renowned, West London based business.Job Responsibilities:
*Delivering world-class digital marketing campaigns.
*Managing Retail Promotions programme for the UK market
*Brief and manage deliverables from creative agencies
*Create all owned [onsite, app, mweb, email] and paid marketing assets [display, affiliates, social]
*Developing creative based on consumer insights, in keeping with brand guidelines
*Collaborate with in-country business teams to understand business strategy, target customers, and the competitive landscape. Translating this into a quarterly digital marketing plan that delivers business targets
*Building bottom-up traffic plans and optimising campaign visibility
*Monitor and analyse campaign performance to improve efficiency. Support analytics team with report development
*Report into the Head of Verticals Marketing
Job Requirements:
*Experience in email and online marketing, proven by previous role at e-commerce player, electronics brand or online marketing agency.
*Strong attention to detail
*Strong analytical skills
*Independent and creative problem solver, who is passionate about enhancing the user experience
*Strong in cooperation and coordinating multiple stakeholders within different projects
*Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, e environment.
*Flexible and pragmatic
*Strong written and oral communication skills
Basic Qualifications:
*5+ years of relevant work experience
*Expert in email marketing, relevant qualifications welcome but not critical as on the job experience is more important
*Background in online retail helpful, but not critical
In Return:
*6 Month Contract (Likely to extend)
*Daily rate of up to £275 (DOE)
*Exposure to a global leader in Retail
*Various onsite events / training / development (Open to all)
