Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector in the UK. We are currently recruiting CIPD-Reward & Workforce Planner for 6 months initially with possible extension .
J ob Title: Reward and Workforce Planning Projects Interim
Location: London
Duration: 6 months
Rate: upto £390 per day UMBRELLA, Inside IR35
Key deliverables in the next 6 months:
Three key projects need to be completed in the next 6 months:
- the urgent procurement of a new payroll provider because the contract with the current provider runs out in March 2018;
- the audit of our pay structure due to the potential legal challenge from PCS related to gender and age related pay;
- a review of allowances due to market pressures in the professions. The last item has been identified as a risk on our risk register in terms of being unable to attract and retain talent in the current 1% pay remit
You will need to provide evidence of these skills.

Excellent analytical skills including experience of working with a range of payroll systems and databases

Ability to deliver, have good project management skills and be proactive in managing projects, ensuring the delivery of all key activities to expected standard, within budget and to timescale required

Highly effective inter-personal and communication skills both written and verbal
