Organizational/Organisational/Change Manager/OCM/French
Marlin Green are urgently searching for a French speaking Organizational Change Manager for a global transportation project near Lille in France.
Our customer are looking to support its high-priority operational transformation by standardizing special processes tools and processes across their organization.
Working as part of the IS/IT Change Management Team supporting the operational transformation, the Senior Change Manager will be required to support the implementation activity.
The Change Manager will be responsible for the:
- Communications Planning & Execution (in French & English)
- Analyse stakeholders who may be impacted
- Assess change impacts
- Develop and Deliver Change Management Plan
- Conduct Training
- Create & Manage business readiness plan
The ideal Change Manager will have over 5 years experience with Organizational Change Management within IT projects.
The project is starting ASAP (Within July) and the latest start date would be the beginning of August. The initial contract is for 6 months.
Language requirements: English & French
