Senior Procurement Officer - OJEU/Inside IR35/PCS- 7 months
An opportunity for a Senior Procurement Officer to work in a public sector organisation in Edinburgh on an initial 7-month contract. You will be involved with lead the end-to-end tendering process from market research & tender strategy development through to contract drafting and hand over.
Essential Skills:
- Experienced Procurement Officer with relevant professional level qualifications eg MCIPS or equivalent level of procurement and tendering experience
- Experience of working closely with internal, cross functional experts as part of a project team
- Good understanding of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and the EU Procurement Directives
- Experience of contract development with knowledge and understanding of KPIs and reporting output
- Experience of end to end tendering of high value/high risk contracts from preparation of strategy, tender pack, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience in using NEC3 forms of contracts.
- PCS-T or other E-tendering experience
