MOSAIC Lead IT Trainer
Our client are a large public sector organisation based in London, looking for an experienced Mosaic Trainer to join their team for about 4 weeks and provide expertise and services in relation to the delivery of classroom based and 1:1 training, as they undergo a Mosaic system rollout across multiple sites in London.
The chosen candidate will provide training and assistance to those who require additional support, and work closely with the PM to ensure that training products are developed appropriately. You will develop and translate training provisions into a classroom-friendly training programme, recommending amendments where necessary and identifying end-users who may require additional support, tailoring support.
Additionally, you will develop and maintain attendance systems and effective feedback systems, whilst ensuring that a training readiness assessment is completed covering the training delivery. There may also be regular travelling between very local sites.
To be considered for the role, you will need the following skills and/or experience:

Experience delivering training on Mosaic Management Systems

Experience within an upgrade of Frameworki to Mosaic would be very advantageous

Strong communication skills

Previous experience working on change/rollout projects

A familiarity with Prince2
This role looks set to start in July, so it is essential that you are available to start within about 2 weeks.
