Interim Commercial Manager (Financial Services)
Location: Bristol
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: £ per day
Sanderson Recruitment is working on behalf of a dynamic and reputable financial services provider to identify an experienced Commercial Manager who will manage the commercial and control risks across all third party product and service providers. The Commercial Manager will use their expertise and knowledge to ensure that maximum value is generated and best practice is followed through the third party management process.
This role requires the ability to think and plan strategically and to deliver to agreed timelines. Individuals must have a communication style and gravitas that allows them to coach, influence and integrate at a senior level through strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully manage the commercial and control risks of all third 3rd Party relationships.
- Provide expertise and oversight to the business to ensure key policies and procedures are fully understood and adhered to.
- Leading tender processes for both procured and supplied services including due diligence, approvals and contracting.
Skills & Experience:
- Extensive commercial or procurement experience gained within the financial services industry.
- Expert knowledge of sourcing policies, procedures, methodologies and third party supplier management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven ability to influence at senior level.
- Excellent commercial acumen and strategic focus.
- Understanding of Financial Services markets including UK regulatory requirements.
