Operations/Loan Agreements Officer
One of our large Banking clients Bank of America is currently looking for a Operations/Loan Agreements Officer to join the team
Part of Global Banking & Markets, Wholesale Credit manages and delivers the credit relationship for wholesale clients in accordance with the company's growth strategy, risk appetite and underwriting standards.
Role:
focus will be performing a lead role in reviewing and reconciling data within a large portfolio of loans. This will involve cross referencing data points within credit agreements and a database and will require the candidate to work independently and use good judgement. This will involve liaising with a number of stakeholders including Credit officers, Legal, Operations and potentially Corporate Banking.
The role will involve other opportunities to assist the Credit team across a range of projects and will have good visibility with senior managers
Responsibilities
- Assist with review of data files with information on clients and facility details
- High level review of loan documentation to identify borrowers and guarantors an specific information
- Support Wholesale Credit in ad hoc data gathering and validation exercises
Experience
- Experience with reading/interpreting loan agreements & related documentation
- Strong SharePoint & excel
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Ability to prioritize, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Good communication skills, both written/oral
- A 'self-starter', quickly learns and understand products, systems and core job tasks
- Demonstrates time management and can prioritize workload
- Makes service and customer satisfaction a priority
