Finance Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) - Spanish speaking - 12 month contract - paying c£300 per day
The Opportunity: The Finance Manager will be a key business partner to our client's Commercial & Medical Directors, as well as supporting the delivery of key Finance priorities and process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Qualified by experience or holding a professional qualification equivalent to or a BA/BSc degree in finance or accounting; extensive progressive experience in financial planning and analysis
- PC skills with Microsoft products with advanced Excel capabilities; in-depth Oracle and Hyperion experience is preferred
- Work closely with other functions such as Tax, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Legal Compliance, Customer Service and parts of HR
- Possess full technical knowledge in multiple components (Revenue, Headcount, Operating expense) of FP&A
- Proficiency in written and verbal English and Spanish is required
Role and Responsibilities:
- To support monthly close processes through provision of reporting, insight and analysis
- Provide support in Opex Management through liaison with FSS and CoEs
- Prepare variance analysis, trend analysis, and mix/price analysis
- Develop financial/management reporting packages and processes
- Lead budgeting and reporting processes, including developing financial targets and key metrics
- Facilitate data-driven decision making through development and implementation of financial dashboards, strong and more insightful financial analysis and business acumen
