New contract opportunity: Senior Commercial Growth Manager: 12 months initial: Payments: London - £450-£475 p/d
A Top Tier Payment Company is looking for a Senior Commercial Growth Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities include:
Define, lead and implement cross-functional initiatives in support of the company goals
Deliver projects and execute plans in a complex Matrix organisation with many different stakeholders locally and globally
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with project leadership and hands-on execution
Experienced in business case development, market and opportunity sizing and preparing strategic recommendations for senior executives
Can bring structure and multi-task across multiple work streams & initiatives and drive them forward without getting lost in detail, but able and willing to go deep into the detail to get to the bottom things
Customer focused, naturally including customer perspective in plans, decisions and actions
Experienced in building fruitful relationships with people from different functions and backgrounds; comfortable communicating and interacting with senior executives
Demonstrated ability to work and lead cross-functionally with external and internal teams including Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Risk, Support and Operations
Energetic and positive, with a 'can do' attitude
Good verbal and written communication skills, advanced PowerPoint skills required
Experience gained in positions/industries such as Banking, Strategy, Commercial, Growth, Consultancy would be advantageous
