Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager for an initially 9 month contract based in London.
Responsibilities:
1. The delivery of a single Commercial Strategy for Border IT
2. The development of a comprehensive commercial pipeline, including associated resourcing strategy
3. Stakeholder Management
4. Tender and competition management
5. Manage supplier relationships
Experience Required
1. IT Procurement
2. HMG IT and Commercial Policies and Best Practice
3. EU Procurement Regulations
4. Competition Law
5. A thorough understanding of applicable CCS Frameworks
6. Stakeholder Management
7. Cloud technology procurement
8. CIPS
9. Shaping and building requirements
10. Bespoke and COTS product knowledge
Additional qualifications required for this role
1. CIPS
2. Prior Public Sector in IT procurement
3. Agile delivery methodology
Security Clearance Level Required: SC
