Description

I am currently looking for a Project Associate within our Sales and Marketing Team, based in our Bracknell Head office, we require department and project support for the team.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead and/or secondary contact for one or more Business Groups and/or Activity Categories; Customer Events and Exhibitions, Promotional Activity, Marketing Collateral, Customer Requests and Surveys
*Application and documentation of Standard Operating Processes for all replicable activities
*Process improvement project lead/contributor
*Support the harmonisation and optimisation of sales and marketing sub-optimal processes
*Balance subject matter expertise with multi-skilling to ensure service continuity for the team and Business Groups
*Act as a departmental support expert by providing interpretation, guidance and training to co-workers on routine support duties, technical requirements, protocol, policy and procedures on areas of experience

Key Activities
The defined set of activities will be determined by the skills and competencies of the individual and needs of the BG's which may change over time to reflect the requirements of an evolving organisational structure and strategy.

They include but are not limited to the following, integral to both the sales and marketing functions:
*Customer: Product life cycle administration (product trials, New Product Introductions, commercialisation, quality control, discontinuations etc.); complaint and customer request handling
*Communication: Events & exhibition logistics; literature management (creation, updates, proofing, approvals, printing, storage and sharing), information exchange; sample and other asset management (Point Of Sale, demonstration kit etc.); campaign administration; customer data administration; lead management
*Convenience: Content evaluation, collation and dissemination (New Line Forms, presentation materials, catalogues etc.); coordinating with Oliver, Inside Sales, CIT, the Digital Powerhouse and other departments; CIC and internal events facilitation; customer request management; customer training facilitation and administration
*Internal operations: Best practice sharing; Service Level Agreement adherence; relationship management; training facilitation and administration, processes enhancement/optimisation identification and realisation; personal & team email inbox management; record keeping; time management; financial support (raising PO's, supplier management); shared files/portal updates; supporting compliance

Skills, experience and key capabilities:
*Must have experience with project support, preferable from a sales and marketing department
*A strong customer service ethic
*Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills
*The ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritise effectively
*A good understanding of sales and marketing processes is desirable
*Keyboard and PC literate, MS Office Skills and SharePoint are essential
