Product Supply Expert(2 year contract)Our client, a leading Consumer Health company based in Basel, Switzerland is currently seeking for a Product Supply Contractor to manage all Product Supply related project activities to ensure economic competitiveness, continuous supply, and regulatory compliance in a multifunctional, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Management of Product Transfer Packages affecting several formulations and sites
- Lead project teams, incl. meetings by preparing agendas, scheduling meetings and issuing meeting minutes.
- Develop detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional and third party input is captured and projects are delivered on time and under budget.
- Identify risks and contingencies and communicates progress to initiators.
- Prioritizes projects, and identifies technical, logistical, and supply chain requirements.
- Integrates project implementation objectives with ongoing product supply, escalates to line management in case of priority conflicts.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree with minimum 5 years of experience in technical management/operations or production
- Project management experience or Project Management Professional certification preferred
- Microsoft Project experience required.
- Written and oral communication in English;
- Understanding of Brand, Customer Marketing, Product Supply, Packaging Services, Logistics functions
- Excellent computer skills - Experience with MS Word/Excel/PP
