Description
Our client is a Leading FTSE 100 Financial Services business and they are currently looking for an experienced Regulatory Risk Manager. The role holder will be required to provide First Line Risk advice and challenge to the UK Wealth Business to make sure they meet their Conduct Risk and regulatory compliance obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, Investigate, challenge and mitigate the potential for risk in the provision of advice on Investments
- Ensure compliance with the groups policies, procedures and guidelines together with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
- Provide specialist risk information, guidance, advice, direction and interpretation of policy on UK Wealth risk related matters
Key skills & experience required:
- UK Wealth Management/Private Banking Compliance and Regulatory Risk experience
- In depth knowledge and understanding of policies, operations and systems within UK Wealth
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong stakeholder management details
- Strong attention to detail
