Description
My banking client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the insurance customer delivery area of the bank which sits within Group Operations - the engine room for all customer services across credit cards, insurance and mortgages.
This team is focused around regulated products and particularly around mutual funds - ISA's and OEI's.
Senior Product Manager Skills:
- Not a huge amount of technical expertise needed
- Mutual funds experience
- In charge of a small team
- Financial services experience
- Mutual funds - preferable
- Experience in delivering stragetic change over day to day customer service
This is an initial 3 month contract based in Edinburgh and is oaying up to £400 p/d.
