SC Cleared Project Manager/ MOD / Benefits Realisation / Resource Management / APM / Prince 2 / MS Project / SC Cleared / Wiltshire / Up to £400 a dayA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager for my client's high profile business critical projects.
Essential skills
* Develop and lead a communications strategy
* Able to confidently engage with Senior Stakeholders
* Manage the team Resource demand, taking action to get financial approval for recruitment and run framework competitions
* Identify and manage project reporting dashboards and engagement packs or better reporting, planning and governance.
* Undertake benefit analysis and realisation, the selection of critical success factors and KPI identification and analysis.
* A solid knowledge of MOD/ Defence process and procedures
* An understanding of project management theory, including cost and schedule control, earned value management, Risk management and Change control
* Good communication and presentation skills in MS PowerPoint
* Project planning and use of MS Project
Desirable experience
* Prince 2 Qualified
* APM
* Experience of working within the Government and/or Defence sectors
