For our customer we are looking for a Change Business Analyst.

eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and their needs.
The Financial Crime Change Programme (FCCP) is a group-wide programme consisting of 5 different Work-Streams that are all designed to improve Nordeas policies and processes around preventing Financial Crime.

FCCP is in a phase where are looking to recruit several key people to join the programme and join Nordea on this exciting journey. One of the top priorities is to design and roll out key KYC guidelines and technology.

You will be taking the role as a Senior Business Analyst in the KYC area. Your areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to
- Gathering data from different sources, making as is analysis and designing new business processes including GAP analysis and dataflow documentation.
- Work with project stakeholders to determine appro-priate design based on identified inputs including programme and business requirements
- Facilitate meetings, interviews and workshops to determine current and target state to address all scope areas
- Produce required artefacts to describe design solution, including functional models, organisation charts, role descriptions, FTE sizing, process/customer journey maps, technology requirements etc.
This role will support and suggest solutions with implementa-tion plans within the Nordeas KYC processes and solutions which covers all business areas and geographies

This position requires strong Business Analyst skills (more than 5 years) from change projects or programmes including developing and maintaining project plans, managing risks and issues. (preferably ISEB diploma or similar)

Experience in undertaking change analysis, and designing new business processes, gap analysis and data flows.
Stakeholder management is mandatory and you will be working closely with eg. IT, Architecture, Compliance and Business in order to effect changes.
Experience within KYC AND/or AML is a prerequisite

You have the ability to nurture and motivate team members in multiple locations

You demonstrate a self sufficient work ethic whilst fully aligning to project managers
As the project covers all geographies you can expect that you will be required to travel within the Nordics.
PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills are a requirement. Fluency in English is a requirement (speaking and writing).
