My client, a global leader in financial services platform solutions, is seeking a Pensions (SIPP/
Drawdown) Administration Manager to lead a team of pension administrators.
Key responsibilities:
*Day to day management of the pension administration team.
*Organise and prioritise workload, ensure all work items are completed within service levels and standards.
*Dealing with enquiries and escalations, both internal and external from the client.
*Reporting work to the client.
*Building good relationships with the client.
*Management of operational transition activities.
Experience:
*Experience in leading operational teams.
*Good knowledge of SIPP and Income Drawdown products.
*Worked in a Client or Supplier relationship role.
*Strong people management skills.
*Ability to influence and motivate others.
*Very organised.
