. Has knowledge about Hybris and other CRM products
. Rich Experiences in delivery project as solution architect in CRM, Sale area
. Capable for end to end process modelling and integration design
. Good communication skill to convince client regarding scope and design
. Experienced with modelling tools such as Enterprise Architect.
. Capacity to manage multiple tasks in parallel without losing focus on deliverables.
. Adapt to evolving requirements and changing priorities.
. Proven experience in writing specification documents such as: high-level design specifications, interface specifications (in this case fulfillment processes for telecommunication products and services)
. Language skills: Excellent spoken and written English & Polish.
. Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: TMForum Frameworx (eTOM, SID)
