Description

We have a requirement for a Contract Project Manager with extensive experience around Critical Incident support. The successful candidate will have extensive experience of Cloud based Services and supporting customers in a Cloud environment. The Project Manager will be responsible for liaising with customers, managing their service expectations, assisting them in terms of selecting the correct services to suit their business needs within the confines of agreed Enterprise Support Agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer facing skills, strong skills collaborating with internal teams to leverage services to best support customer requirements. This is a role where the ability to multitask and deal with multiple competing urgent customer requirements at ths same time. A proven track record in Global Customer Support and Incident Management is essential, with strong Escalation Management skills ideally in a Cloud Services environment. Proven Project Management skills are also a requirement, with a preference for PMP or Prince 2 certified candidates. This is a 12 month day rate contract with an immediate start.
