Customer Journey Manager - Financial Services - Edinburgh
Programme Manager - Ring Fencing - Scotland
Rate: £500-£750
Duration: 6 months (view to extend)
Start Date: ASAP - 4 Weeks
Organisation:
Our client, a major Retail Bank in the UK, is currently undergoing a major regulatory change programme to ring fence their core retail and commercial activities. There is a requirement for a Programme Manager to manage all the customer impacts across the programme. The programme is large scale, highly complex, cross divisional in nature, challenging timescales and the customer journey is required to be optimised at all times.
Key Skills:
This is a Programme Manager position and the successful candidate will have;
> Programme Manager experience within Financial Services (5+ years)
> Large scale, cross divisional programmes with experience of working in a Customer Journey role is essential
> Commercial Banking experience would be advantageous
> Previous experience within highly regulated programmes
> Ability to understand complex situations and ensure that the customer impacts have been identified
