Your tasks:
- Support and assist the Global Brand Director and initiate and lead selected international projects for a OTC product
- Ensure development and implementation of profitable business growth models, Marketing Excellence and strategic plans for the therapeutic area
- Definition and ownership of global brand strategies
- Support the Global Brand Director to define the brand positioning based on thorough understanding of consumer insights
- Develop global pricing strategy and compelling brand success model to maximize global reapplication
- Working on compelling global DTC advertising campaigns with Global Brand Team partner markets
Your qualifications
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Profound experience in OTC or FMCG with track record of success
- Leadership qualities, ideally in cross functional and cross cultural teams, strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English in both written and spoken form
- Analytical and financial management ability
- Experience in sales analytics and re-applications
- Good knowledge in tracking best practices and understanding brand success drivers
