User Researcher - contract - £450/£500 PD - ASAP latest start) - 2 days a week homeworkingMy Public Sector body client have an immediate need for a User Researcher to join their already established Agile Delivery Team. You will be working on the discovery phase of a new programme programme set to role out in 2020. It will be a distinct advantage if you have worked within the public sector recently.
Skills and experience
*Have experience of researching mobile first solutions
*Have a good understanding of available digital channels and general trends across demographics
*Have experience of identifying opportunities within complex user journeys
*Be able to absorb information and understand the challenge quickly
*Have experience of being paired with a UX Designer to rapidly develop prototypes
*Be able to quickly identify patterns and opportunities within analytical data
*Have experience of running focus groups and lab interviews
*Has experience of working within scrum teams, following an agile delivery
*methodology
Nice-to-have skills and experience
*Experience of prototyping tools
*Have experience designing services for users with low digital literacy
