Your tasks:
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment
- Manage the Application Support (L2) for critical securities settlement systems
- Manage the relationship between vendors, L3 teams and internal customers
- Ensure proper problem and knowledge management
Your qualifications
- Solid knowledge of Z/OS, Cobol, DB2, TWS/OPC and/or any other technical platform
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Management
- Good banking knowledge (preferable in the securities settlement area)
- Very good communication and presentation skills
