The Learning and Development team at Austin Fraser are looking for a Learning and Development consultant for a 9 month MAT cover based in our Reading HQ.

- Deliver our 1st class Apprenticeship program to our new protégé's
- Present ongoing training sessions and masterclasses to guide our existing recruitment consultants in their journey at Austin Fraser.
- Deliver regular Austin Fraser coaching to recruitment consultants
- Project work in line with business priorities.
- Be a hub of knowledge that our recruitment consultants can count on.
