We are working with a dynamic financial services client based in Norwich on requirements they have for multiple project managers to assist on the delivery on a new product.
The ideal candidate:
- Be prepared to get their hands dirty/be hands on
- Able to work in a flexible/agile environment
- Excellent at multi-tasking as each PM will need to focus on 2 or more areas
- Self-sufficient/self-driven attitude
Operations & Configuration Project Manager
Oversee a 3rd party delivering an operations centre build - IVR, scripting, training, processes, procedures.
Oversee a team designing and implementing a system configuration to support a new product launch.
Experience of TSYS, TS2 & credit cards would be useful.
Based in Norwich - expect some travel.
