Supply Chain Administrator - IT Technical

A Supply Chain Administrator who is IT technical is required to work on an eight month contract, with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Filton, Bristol.

This is a brilliant opportunity Establish and undertake the Supply Chain team's administrative and secretarial duties including time and attendance, expenses, booking travel, preparing correspondence, handling and recording telephone messages etc to the required deadlines as required.

Overview of the Supply Chain Administrator contract role

Manage the secretarial and office activities of the Head of Supply Chain and team, and provide assistance to the Type 26 Communications Associate

Key skills required for the Supply Chain Administrator

  • Senior Meetings and Reports Calendar
  • Senior Managers diaries maintained particularly that of the Head of Programme
  • Updated SDE/Sharepoint 'pages' and Windchill.
  • Senior Management and Programme Management timesheets and expenses
  • Coordinating visitor passes
  • Documents as required
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration (or equivalent)

The role is based in Bristol - commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cirencester, Swindon, Devizes, Trowbridge, Bath, Taunton, Bridgwater, Weston-Super-Mare, Newport and Cardiff
