Test Lead - IMS
Generic:
- Create test plans for the sprint and modulate the plan based on the changes
- Responsible for the managing the schedule of the current project
- Derive and ensure the test coverage for the utmost quality of the product
- Timely escalation of Risk and blocking Issues to the project manager
- Send daily/weekly status mail to key stakeholders of the project
- Responsible for following agreed processes
- Good communication skill written and verbal is a MUST
- Need to be assertive & proactive to drive the deliverables on a day to day basis
Specification: (Must have skills)
- Provide support for test execution on granular level within IMS/OB Systems
- Guide onsite testers on the reporting within OB and IMS
- Hands on experience on OB and IMS is a must and should be confident
