SAP HR/HCM Solutions Architect - West Flanders, Belgium
Languages: ENGLISH only, FRENCH or DUTCH desirable
Skills and Experience:
- Masters degree in IT/HR
- Minimum of at least 5 years of SAP working experience with SAP HCM
- Ideally some first experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong IT technical knowledge
- Strong coordination skills
- Minimum of at least 5 years' experience in managing multiple and complex HR projects to quality time and budget
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the HR business for which the enterprise architecture is being developed
