Description
My Client Financial Services Client requires an Interim Chief Architect to take responsibility for running a team of FTEs and Partner resources and take responsibility for the governance of and delivering in flight infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will;

Lead the team of architects and programme resources to define, manage and maintain the architecture/technical strategy for the portfolio of projects

Work with the Heads of Engineering to ensure that the technical strategy is realised and supports the commercial and delivery commitments

Be experienced in the design & delivery of technology solutions in a Financial Services organisation

Have strong and broad Infrastructure technology skills

Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, patterns and practices

Exceptional team leadership skills, including motivation, performance management, cultural awareness, coaching and development

Extensive stakeholder management experience up to board level
