Order Fulfilment & Logistics Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Create, edit and maintain purchase orders to the manufacturing site
- Coordinate with other functions to maintain master data in SAP
- Coordinate, monitor and/or schedule shipments with transportation/distribution
- Coordinate with warehouse and other logistics functions to ensure that materials are prepared and shipped on time
- Follow up on critical orders with the supplying site, perform allocations when required and root cause analysis of delayed orders
- Perform goods receipt of materials into inventory locations upon delivery, including booking of the FOC consumption according information received from site
- Create replenishment orders for all free of charge materials shipped to the site
Your qualifications
- Profound experience in Logistics, Materials Management or Supply Chain in biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor degree in life science, business, supply chain or engineering
- Profound working experience using SAP
- Good understanding of inventory management, warehousing, logistics and supply chain management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Spanish and/or German would be of advantage
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, ability to perform large complex reports
