SC Clearance - Government- Outside IR35 - London - 1 year contract
A Scala Developer is required to join a public sector organisation in central London, working on a long term contract. You'll be carrying out incremental development on a number of services as they evolve, meeting the technical design authority's approved technical stack and using Scala / Akka / Play / MySQL / Postgres. You'll be working with multidisciplinary stakeholders in an agile environment.
Key skills and experience for Scala Developer:
*In-depth experience of Scala programming
*Strong knowledge of MySQL or Postgres
*In-depth Knowledge of Akka and Play frameworks
*Extensive agile experience- including continuous delivery
*If you have experience of the GDS (Government Digital Service) methodology and best practices this will be highly beneficial, as will previous government experience.
