Your tasks:
- Leading a Scrum team for meeting timelines and deliverables according definition of done, providing coaching and work direction
- Ensure the ability and good performance of the Scrum team to produce and deliver software on time and with the expected quality
- Lead the team to continuously improve itself and to increase its self-organisation and self-responsibility
- Moderating team meetings and relevant stakeholder meetings
- Regular reporting on team progress to stakeholders (IT, Product, Logistics etc.)
Your qualifications
- Prior professional experience as Scrum Master
- Preferred, technical background in software development/requirements engineering
- Fluency in German and English (documentation in English)
- Experience in clinical software and workflow solutions for automation of clinical chemistry laboratories is beneficial
- Experience as user in tracking software in Agile environment, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence is beneficial
