*CRM Mobility Business Analyst | ASAP | 3 months+ | Paris or Boston*
For one of our clients, a global level organisation leader on their market, we are looking for a CRM Mobility Business Analyst for Project of acceleration of their Sales CRM features on mobile.
The consultant will be responsible for catching-up on with latest trends to ease sales force daily life thanks to mobile features (mobile phone, tablet, etc) & anticipate future trends (prospective) to build a 2020 vision in terms of CRM mobile processes and enablers
The consultant will intervene as follow:
AS-IS
1. Understand & appropriate the existing landscape and situation of the client with CRM mobile features
TO-BE
1. Provide inputs on Best-In-Class practices in the industry and other markets
2. Define a list of short-term actions (Quick wins) to be implemented as CRM mobile features
3. Define a long-term vision (2020) to anticipate coming trends and customers behaviours for better customer relationships
The successful consultant will have the following skills:
- Expertise on CRM mobile features and associated sales processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience of this sort of pre-study work (workshop, interview, as-is mapping, to-be analysis, user segmentation )
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com would be beneficial
The initial contract will be to start on the first of September up-until the end of November.
The consultant will be based 5 days per week on one the customer's sites either in the Boston Area (preferred) or in the Paris Area.
