Key responsibilities:
You'll be accountable for ensuring stable operation of business as usual finance processes. The processes under business as usual are the CBM elements with associated localisations of Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, Transaction Cash Management, Travel and Expense, Record to Report, Intercompany and Assets and Project Accounting. Global Process BaU
Stable operation of these processes will encompass clear understanding and visibility of normal variation within the processes and prompt resolution of any issues. A critical component of the role will be to ensure all controls are adequately designed, known, understood, assigned to appropriate control owners and operating effectively. Gaps within the control framework should be identified promptly and closed in a prioritised manner.
Essential
* At least 10 years+ Telecoms or similar industry experience
* Both Internal Audit and External Audit experience
* Risk management experience
* Shared Services Exposure
* Process re-engineering and optimisation experience
* Strong background in Purchase to Pay & Order to Cash, Transaction Cash Management.
* Excellent communications and strong stakeholder management skills
* Certified Accountant
* Certified Internal Auditor
The role is based in Berkshire though there may be some European travel
