Social Analytics Manager/Social Listening - Contract
A technology driven big data social Intelligence Company are looking for a client focused Social Analytic Manager with strong experience in Social Listening to join their Client Insight team based in Central London. This will be an initial 3 month contract.
Responsibilities:
*Lead client engagement with the view to improve customer social media via analytics
*Client contact for any queries relating to my clients analytics platform
*Running social projects
*Run workshops and training with clients on how social media can be applied to their business
*Write data insight presentations
*Work with team members to come up with new platform features and identify new opportunities for clients
Experience Required:
*Previous experience within social media and analytics
*Solid social listening experience
*Client facing
*Experience across social media platforms including twitter, facebook, and Instagram.
*Social media analysis and reporting
*Presentation skills
*Previous experience working for an analytics company or agency
*Enthusiastic and energetic
*Fluent in French would be an advantage
