IT Manager/Service Delivery Coordinator required for a leading Utilities company in Stockholm, Sweden.

Candidate needs both Swedish and English language skills. German would be a plus.
Team Manager Service Delivery Coordination
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Operation of big part of the company's IT applications according to ITSM-based processes
- Introduction of cloudbased deliveries
- Leading and developing a team consisting of high educated IT specialists
- Managing and guiding them in all technological, infrastructural and architectural topics
- Responsible for a reliable application operation for the company'sl IT
- Close contact to the customers and other important organisations in IT supply and IT demand
- Drive your team towards a provider-managing team who utilizes on-premise and cloud-technologies technologies to raise flexibility by balanced costs
Required experience/expertise:
- Experienced IT manager with skills in leading and guiding heterogeous teams with international focus (situational leadership)
- good knowledge in IT processes (ITIL)
- excellent communication skills for different audiences with different backgrounds
- Strong soft skills to engage and convince people without hierarchical power
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent and competing challenges, issues, ambiguities, and contradictions
- Knowledge of business and technology trends and its impact on costs and pricing
- Inspiring manager, willing and able to drive the big change in IT towards an agile and devops based delivery.
